This morning, I received a mail from a line support. The master asked his assistant to analyze the rootcause of solder ball.Following is some words form the mail:

My God...How good the word is, understated but inspiring.Generally speaking, I have never apprecaited the person before:common look,regular action,graduated form technology second school,have a baby at 25,and so on...All these didn't seem like a "successful" person. However, I know I was wrong and shamed for my prior judgement. It showed his principle according to this issue. Yeah, he is a man combined with strong belief! Not the person with the only requirment to live. Some people can't help slipping into this lifestyle and I imaged he was. But he gave me a slap today.We both worth it...
